An incredible pair of armchairs from covetable designer Rose Tarlow. The Dolphin armchairs, no longer in production, are in a timeless Neoclassical Louis XVI style featuring high rectangular backs with graceful curved arms adorned with carved dolphins. Tapered legs with paw feet. Upholstered in an Aubusson tapestry-style fabric with complementing striped silk-blend backs. The frames are gilded with 22k gold leaf.
Fabulous, rare collectible pieces for discerning interiors. Original tags to underside.
