Phillip, founder of Road East Period + Modern, has been driven by a thirst for knowledge and an appreciation for beautiful things since memory recalls. A series of shows from his personal collection at esteemed galleries such as Pavilion Antiques, Robin Richman, and Rhona Hoffman not only showcased his discerning eye but also transformed his passion into a business.

During his tenure at Sotheby's, Phillip built relationships with major collectors and dealers, further expanding his knowledge and network within the art world. As a seasoned expert in sourcing exceptional pieces, he travels the US and the globe in search of one-of-a-kind treasures, finding inspiration in diverse settings, from grand museums to rural markets in Southeast Asia and Central America.
